Product Description
Is a species mainly sought after by Asian Markets for its distinctive flavor. Ribbon Fish are named for their slim, ribbon-like appearance and long body shape; sides uniformly silvery; with smooth skin. Normally found in deep water thought they are no bottom feeders. The flesh of ribbon-fish is off-white to yellowish with coarse flesh with no belly flap.
